Delete your account
You can request irreversible deletion of your Wedge Planner account and associated personal data on the web or in the mobile app. Sign in so we can verify that the request belongs to you.
Permanent erasure
In Settings, choose Begin irreversible erasure. The protected workflow verifies your current password, emails a single-use code, enforces a 24-hour cooling period, and asks for final confirmation before the account is disabled and governed erasure is queued.
The code expires after seven days. This path is not ordinary deactivation and cannot be recovered after completion.
Recoverable closure
If you only want to stop using the service, Settings also offers a separate recoverable closure. It ends access and billing and privately retains eligible account data for exactly two years under the published policy. It is not a deletion request.
Cancel store subscriptions separately
Deleting the Wedge account does not guarantee cancellation of an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Before deletion, open the subscription provider shown in Wedge settings and manage or cancel that subscription with the provider. Wedge preserves only narrowly required billing, tax, legal, security, anti-abuse, audit, consent, dispute, or transaction evidence where lawful.
